Seminar Anti Dadah di anjurkan di Jabatan Pelajaran Wilayah Persekutuan pada 27hb January 2007 dengan hasrat untuk melibatkan PIBG bersama guru-guru sekolah, agensi-agensi kerajaan supaya bersama-sama memikul tanggungjawab membasmi dadah untuk mencapai matlamat "drug-free school" menjelang tahun 2012 and justera juga akan mewujudkan sebuah "drug-free country" menjelang tahun 2015.Statistic has shown that there's an increase of drug usage in among the teenagers. It is also known that most of those teenagers was exposed due to 2 top reasons among others on the list; ie peer group influence (pengaruh kawan) as well as curiosity (perasaan ingin tahu).
How do we achieve the above objective ? Well, firstly apart from the existing agencies like PEMADAM, AADK (Agensi Anti-Dadah Kebangsaan), Jabatan Narkotik, etc, the school as well as "WE" as parents play an important role in getting ourselves involve actively in participating, brainstorming with the school in setting up Biro Pendidikan Pencegahan Dadah (PPDa).
Let us, as parents get to know our children better with constant communication apart from our normal daily work. We have a purpose in this LIFE , that is to fullfill our commitment and to leave a legacy for our generation to come.
